We are working in harmony with Sailing Souls - to offer yoga holidays on board our yachts in Menorca.

Experience a week of sailing around Menorca, healthy vegetarian menus and yoga and meditation at the beach and on board. Each morning you will go to a secluded beach to activate and energize yourselves with a practice of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga while the sun rises. A practice that will prepare you for the day. Finish the session with a refreshing swim before enjoying breakfast on board. At sunset, either on the beach or on the deck of the boat, Marta, your yoga teacher, will guide you through a selection of yoga techniques and meditation.

A delicious vegetarian dinner will await you after the session.

BOOKING: You can book as an individual or get a group together with some friends.
If you have never stepped on a sailing yacht you don’t need to worry you will be given an extensive briefing to make you familiar and comfortable with the boat before the departure. Life onboard is great fun and you’ll find that you will get confident with the yacht a lot faster than you expect.

You will practice yoga and meditation with every sunrise and sunset, in secret spots and on hidden beaches that can only be reached by boat.

We’ll set sail and let the wind take us, we’ll swim in pristine water, we’ll enjoy learning how to prepare Mediterranean nutritious vegetarian meals, we’ll relax on the deck while the sun goes down and we’ll sleep under a million stars.
